St. Joseph Christian hasn't had much luck against Worth County/Northeast Nodaway recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Lions will venture away from home to square off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m.

St. Joseph Christian is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Missouri's top teams: North Andrew, who was ranked 22nd at the time (St. Joseph Christian was ranked 23rd). The Lions fell 28-22 to the Cardinals on Friday. The contest marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Worth County/Northeast Nodaway came tearing into Friday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 58 points), and they left with even more momentum. They breezed past the Warriors to the tune of 54-7. 54 seems to be a good number for the Tigers as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.

Worth County/Northeast Nodaway's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for St. Joseph Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
