It was a good run, but Redding Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Red Bluff Spartans and fell 67-33. The Lions lost against the Spartans in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 39-26 score last time.

Redding Christian's loss dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Red Bluff, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-14.

Redding Christian will head out to face off against Los Molinos at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Red Bluff, they will challenge Chico at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chico is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.7 points per game this season.
