Soccer Game Preview: Temescal Canyon vs. Coachella Valley

The Temescal Canyon Titans are taking a road trip to challenge the Coachella Valley Mighty Arabs at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Temescal Canyon is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.9 goals per game this season.

Fans were treated to a Battle of the Titans on Wednesday. Neither Temescal Canyon nor Tahquitz could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. The result kept Temescal Canyon happy, as they haven't lost a game since December 19, 2024.

Braelyn Jalayer was the only thing that stood between Temescal Canyon and a shutout considering she scored both of Temescal Canyon's goals, bringing her season total up to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, Coachella Valley didn't have quite enough to beat Indio on Tuesday and fell 3-2.

Temescal Canyon's draw gives them a new season record of 7-4-3. As for Coachella Valley, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 8-1 and their overall record down to 17-3-1.
