Soccer Game Preview: Albuquerque Academy vs. Hope Christian + How To Watch

The Albuquerque Academy Chargers will head out on the road to face off against the Hope Christian Huskies at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Albuquerque Academy comes in on eight and Hope Christian on three.

Albuquerque Academy barely beat Bernalillo the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Chargers blew past the Spartans 9-1 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for Albuquerque Academy, who have now won six matches by four goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Hope Christian had just enough and edged out Del Norte 2-1 on Thursday. Hope Christian wouldn't have won without Ethan Bigelow, who scored the game-winner.

Albuquerque Academy's record now sits at 11-5-3. As for Hope Christian, their record is now 11-7-1.

Albuquerque Academy beat Hope Christian 3-1 in their previous meeting last Tuesday. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Chargers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
