There's no place like home for Sheldon, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past the Elk Grove Thundering Herd 60-10 on Monday. The Huskies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 23 points or more this season.

Sheldon's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zoe McAfee, who posted five points in addition to eight assists and five rebounds. The dominant performance gave McAfee a new career-high in assists. Another player making a difference was Saniah Wiley, who had eight points along with seven boards and four steals.

Sheldon's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 13-8. As for Elk Grove, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.

Sheldon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 86-76 loss against Monterey Trail on the 29th. Elk Grove has also already played their next game (against Laguna Creek), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
