Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hoover). They blew past the Waterloo East Trojans 11-1 on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for Hoover as it spelled an end to their nine-game losing streak.

Hoover's victory bumped their record up to 2-10-1. As for Waterloo East, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-16-1 record this season.

Hoover wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, an 11-1 win against Dunkerton on the 6th. As for Waterloo East, they will head out to challenge Don Bosco at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Waterloo East will be up against Don Bosco's rather soft defense (which has allowed 6.13 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
