North Tahoe had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Pershing County Mustangs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in August.

North Tahoe was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-13, 16-25, 25-20, 25-17.

Piper Rose paced North Tahoe's offense, picking up nine kills. Rose got some help from Dawna Li and her 25 assists. Leslie Munoz controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

North Tahoe's win bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Pershing County, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 7-11.

North Tahoe didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Oasis Academy on the 4th. As for Pershing County, they will face off against Yerington at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
