Downers Grove South waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Willowbrook Warriors by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Jayda Dixon paced Downers Grove South's offense, picking up nine kills. Dixon got some help from Player #10 and her nine assists. Dixon was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Downers Grove South's victory bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Willowbrook, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-14.

Coincidentally, Downers Grove South and Willowbrook will both be playing Crete-Monee the next time they take the court. The Mustangs will head out to face the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Warriors will head out to face them at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
