Volleyball Recap: River Valley Comes Up Short + How To Watch

River Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Somerton Toros. The Dust Devils were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Toros earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

River Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Somerton, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 4-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. River Valley will host Highland Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Somerton, they will challenge Yuma at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
