Basketball Recap: Kaylee Ward's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Meadowbrook Christian over Columbia County Christian

Meadowbrook Christian has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 36-23 hit to the loss column at the hands of Columbia County Christian on Tuesday. Meadowbrook Christian was not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Columbia County Christian earlier this season, when they won 44-35.

Several Meadowbrook Christian players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kaylee Ward, who posted four points. Hannah Millett was another key player, putting up six points in addition to 11 rebounds and three steals.
