Softball Recap: Chandler Lions vs. Kiefer Trojans
With a playoff win on the line, Chandler rose to the challenge on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Kiefer Trojans 3-2. The victory was familiar territory for the Lions, who have now won four games in a row.

Kennedy Allen spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on four hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 18 consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Blaklei Smith was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs. That's the most hits she has posted since back in August of 2024. Another player making a difference was Gentry Garner, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double.
