Bigfork had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a 54-6 loss at the hands of Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia]. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Looking ahead, Bigfork will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against North Woods at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The match will give the Huskies their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia], they will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against McGregor at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
