            Softball Recap: Ardmore Tigers vs. Plainview Indians        
        
		
        
        
            Ardmore extended their losing streak  (dating back to last season) to 17  on Thursday, dropping them down to 0-11. They came up short against  the Plainview Indians, falling  22-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  15-0  back in August.
As for Plainview, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record  this season. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  runs they've scored all season.
For Plainview's part,  Jacie Connel looked comfortable as she  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits.
 At the plate, Plainview got a  massive  performance out of  Ally Brown, who  got on base  in all three of her plate appearances with three  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  RBI. That's the most  runs  Brown has posted since back in October of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Addy Freeman, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with three  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ardmore will square off against Durant at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Plainview, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ada  at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday.
