Soccer Recap: Capistrano Valley Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Capistrano Valley can now relate to. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Troy Warriors on Wednesday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Cougars haven't been shut out since back in December of 2024.

Capistrano Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Troy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-2.

As of now, neither Capistrano Valley nor Troy have any future games scheduled.
