Softball Recap: Northeast's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Northeast lost against Paris back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bearcats fell just short of the Coyotes by a score of 8-7. The loss put an end to the Bearcats' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Northeast fell to 2-1. As for Paris, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Northeast will be playing at home against New Franklin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Paris, they are taking a road trip to square off against Wellsville-Middletown at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
