Softball Recap: Gross Catholic Takes a Loss

If Gross Catholic was feeling good fresh off their 10-2 takedown of Duchesne/Roncalli on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cougars lost 12-0 to the Skutt Catholic SkyHawks on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the SkyHawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in September.

Gross Catholic now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Skutt Catholic, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 21-5.

Gross Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Skutt Catholic, they will face off against Westview at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
