Basketball Recap: East Juniata Comes Up Short

East Juniata was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against the Juniata Indians, falling 60-29. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 582nd, while the Indians are ranked 207th).

East Juniata's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Juniata, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

East Juniata didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 56-21 defeat against Susquenita on the 13th. As for Juniata, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 56-29 victory against Halifax on the 13th.
