Baseball Recap: Forest Park Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Forest Park took on Stockbridge on Saturday. The Forest Park Panthers lost 15-1 to the Stockbridge Tigers. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Forest Park's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Stockbridge, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Forest Park will head out to challenge Midtown at 5:55 p.m. on Monday. Midtown is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.2 runs per game this season. As for Stockbridge, they are taking a road trip to take on Woodland at 5:55 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Stockbridge's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last four matchups.
