Soccer Recap: Johnson Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Johnson was a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. They fell just short of the South Effingham Mustangs by a score of 2-1.

Johnson's goal came courtesy of Waswa Drayand, who's now up to three this season.

Johnson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for South Effingham, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Johnson will venture away from home to square off against Vidalia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for South Effingham, they will welcome Bradwell Institute at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
