Softball Recap: Wyandotte Takes a Loss

Wyandotte fell victim to Kansas and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 8-0 to the Comets. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Bears' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Wyandotte has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 21-8 record this season. As for Kansas, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-8 record.

Coincidentally, Wyandotte and Kansas will both be playing Keys the next time they take the field. The Bears will host the Cougars at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Comets will head out to face them at 11:30 a.m. on Friday.
