Basketball Game Preview: Hillel Academy Heat vs. Neighborhood Academy

The Hillel Academy Heat will challenge Neighborhood Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Hillel Academy's offense hasn't had much luck over their past four contests, but Monday's matchup will give them a chance to turn things around.

Back in January, Hillel Academy lost to Trinity Christian at home by a 34-17 margin.

Meanwhile, Neighborhood Academy can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They walked away with a 28-15 win over Nazareth Prep.

Neighborhood Academy found their leader in freshman Star Carter, who posted eight points and 11 rebounds.

Neighborhood Academy's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Hillel Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Hillel Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Neighborhood Academy in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 19-13 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hillel Academy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
