Dodge County won the last time they faced Jefferson County and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Indians came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 5-2. The win was some much needed relief for the Indians as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

The team relied heavily on Holden Thomas, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and one stolen base.

Dodge County's victory bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Jefferson County, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.

Dodge County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 13-1 loss against Lee County on the 2nd. Hopefully Jefferson County payed attention to the Indians' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Indians at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
