Hackensack has gone a perfect 8-0 against Becton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Comets will challenge the Wildcats at 4:15 p.m. Hackensack is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.

Hackensack managed to slip by Paramus Catholic the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Comets came up short against the Knght Paladins on Saturday, falling 14-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Comets have suffered against the Knght Paladins since April 21, 2016.

Jason Bocio was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Becton's offense. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cresskill on Saturday.

Hackensack's record is now 11-15-1. As for Becton, their record now sits at 13-11.

Everything went Hackensack's way against Becton in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, as Hackensack made off with an 8-1 win. Do the Comets have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
