On Friday, the Jordan Panthers made easy work of the Gardena Panthers and carried off a 54-30 win. Given Jordan's advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 297th, while Gardena is ranked 703rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Jordan's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Savannah Hernandez, who posted 13 points. Another player making a difference was Tiara Sandlin, who put up 12 points.
