Baseball Game Preview: Oxbow Olympians vs. Harwood Highlanders

Oxbow is 1-9 against Harwood since May of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Olympians are taking a road trip to face off against the Highlanders at 11:00 a.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Thursday, Oxbow came up short against Randolph and fell 8-3.

Oxbow saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was John Bohan, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Harwood came up short against Lamoille on Thursday, falling 7-1.

Oxbow's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Harwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.

Oxbow couldn't quite get it done against Harwood when the teams last played back in May of 2025 as they fell 7-4. Can the Olympians avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
