Orland came tearing into Tuesday's contest with ten straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.7 goals) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Live Oak Lions, sneaking past 2-1. For the Trojans, this counts as revenge for the 5-1 victory the Lions walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Bethzaida Salinas and Ella McDermott scored both of Orland's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Orland pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Live Oak, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Orland will welcome Gridley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
