After a string of six wins, Cameron's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They came up short against the Chillicothe Hornets, falling 6-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Dragons of the 8-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Cameron's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Chillicothe, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cameron will take on St. Pius X at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chillicothe, they will face off against Savannah at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Savages will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last.
