After low-scoring totals in their previous three game, Atoka brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They put the hurt on the Madill Wildcats with a sharp 13-1 victory on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Wampus Cats as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Atoka's victory bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Madill, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's still a better percentage than their 6-20 record this season.

Atoka didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 5-1 win against Whitesboro on the 20th. As for Madill, they will take on Lone Grove at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
