Foothill had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They blew past the West Vikings 17-5. That looming 17-5 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Trojans yet this season.

The team relied heavily on Jassive Chavez, who went 3-for-5 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Erika Segura was another key player, going 4-for-5 with one double.
