Soccer Recap: North Gwinnett Takes a Loss

North Gwinnett managed to keep up with Brookwood until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. North Gwinnett lost 4-1 to Brookwood. The result was an unpleasant reminder to North Gwinnett of the 0-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2021.

Their goal came courtesy of Daris MUSTIC, who's now up to ten this season.

This is the second loss in a row for North Gwinnett and nudges their season record down to 3-8. As for Brookwood, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 6-7.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. North Gwinnett is set to square off against their familiar foe Peachtree Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Brookwood will take on rival Parkview at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
