Basketball Recap: Vacaville Piles Up the Points Against Dixon

Vacaville's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They breezed by the Dixon Rams to the tune of 54-19. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 35 points or more this season.

Lula Kifle continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 19 points. The game was her third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Britain Gonzales, who posted nine points.

The win got Vacaville back to even at 4-4. As for Dixon, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Vacaville and West Park will round out the year against one another at at 7:30 p.m. on December 27th. As for Dixon, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Winters at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Winters will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Dixon surely won't give up without a fight.
