John Simon Game Report: vs Independence

It was a big day for John Simon on Tuesday as he got points on the board for the first time in his career. He posted two points as Sunrise Mountain took down Independence 74-47. We hope Tuesday's matchup is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Looking ahead, Simon and Sunrise Mountain won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Mountain Ridge at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mountain Lions will enter the matchup having just beaten Browne, so the Mustangs will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
