Palisades's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 67-42 margin over the Fairfax Lions. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 75-42 back in January.

Fairfax lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Brooklyn Petty-Wright, who went 7 for 15 on her way to 18 points and six boards. The dominant performance gave Petty-Wright a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Mila Spencer, who posted nine points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals.

The victory got Palisades back to even at 12-12. As for Fairfax, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.

Palisades wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 68-50 defeat against Hamilton on the 5th. As for Fairfax, they have also already played their next game, an 80-24 loss against Westchester on the 5th.
