The Turlock Christian Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Aspire Langston Hughes Academy Titans at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Turlock Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Turlock Christian will bounce into Friday's contest after beating Ben Holt College Prep Academy, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. Turlock Christian snuck past Ben Holt College Prep Academy with a 49-44 win on Monday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Turlock Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Christiana Eivaz, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 17 boards. Eivaz is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down nine or more in the last 11 games she's played. Faith Hayes was another key player, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 12 boards.

Meanwhile, Aspire Langston Hughes Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 39-35 to Millennium.

Aspire Langston Hughes Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Turlock Christian, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-12.

Things could have been worse for Turlock Christian, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 44-27 loss to Aspire Langston Hughes Academy in their previous matchup two weeks ago.
