Basketball Recap: Neumann Regional Academy Piles Up the Points Against Varsity Opponent

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Neumann Regional Academy). They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat Varsity Opponent 56-16. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 31-9.

Neumann Regional Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Breanna Nixon, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance gave Nixon a new career-high in points. Niyah Tutler was another key player, going 7 for 13 on her way to 18 points.
