Gore hadn't done well against Central recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Pirates came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 6-2. This was payback for the Pirates, who suffered a 15-7 loss the last time these two teams met.
