Softball Recap: Aurora Takes a Loss

Aurora lost against Malcolm back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Huskies fell just short of the Clippers by a score of 5-4.

Keirra Siebrass was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Aurora's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Malcolm, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-1.

Coming up, Aurora is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Fillmore Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Malcolm, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 5-4 loss against Wahoo on the 26th.
