Baseball Recap: Webster County Takes a Loss

Webster County played against Schley County on Tuesday and lost via forfeit.

Webster County is on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7. As for Schley County, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.

Webster County will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Chattahoochee County at 4:30 p.m. on the 18th. As for Schley County, they will welcome Deerfield-Windsor at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Knights will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight.
