Watsonville won the last time they faced Monterey and things went their way on Tuesday too. Everything went the Watsonville Wildcatz's way against the Monterey Dores as the Watsonville Wildcatz made off with a 55-31 victory. The Wildcatz have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 21 points or more this season.

Watsonville got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Isabella Alvarez out in front who went 9-for-16 to rack up 22 points and five rebounds. Stephanie Martinez was another key player, going 5-for-10 on her way to 13 points and three steals.

The victory made it two in a row for Watsonville and bumps their season record up to 18-5. As for Monterey, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season.

Watsonville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 41-29 win against Alisal on the 13th. Monterey does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
