Basketball Game Preview: Bravo Knights vs. Franklin Panthers

Bravo hasn't had much luck against Franklin recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Bravo Knights will host the Franklin Panthers at 4:30 p.m.

Bravo is headed into Monday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their ninth straight game on Friday. They came up short against Eagle Rock, falling 55-31. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1066th, while the Eagles are ranked 444th).

Meanwhile, Franklin waltzed into their match on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the Tigers 60-34. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 23 points or more this season.

Franklin pushed their record up to 13-6 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.2 points over those games. As for Bravo, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-15.
