Elgin came tearing into Tuesday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Western Heights Jets as they made off with a 19-1 win. The Owls might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by six runs or more this season.

Elgin's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Western Heights, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Coming up, Elgin will square off against Lawton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Western Heights, they will be playing in front of their home fans against MacArthur at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
