Softball Recap: Perry Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Perry can now relate to. They fell just short of the Madison County Red Raiders by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Red Raiders earlier this season, when they won 10-0.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Madison County, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-17 record this season.

As of now, neither Perry nor Madison County have any future games scheduled.
