San Luis Obispo came tearing into Tuesday's game with 12 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 50-37 victory over the Lompoc Braves. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 51-26 back in January.

Lompoc's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tara Terrones, who posted 11 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Grace Baird, who had ten points and six rebounds.

San Luis Obispo's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 25-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.8 points over those games. As for Lompoc, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-15.

As of now, neither San Luis Obispo nor Lompoc have any future games scheduled.
