Pacifica has gone 8-1-1 against Buena recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Tritons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bulldogs at 5:15 p.m. Pacifica is coming into the match hot, having won their last five games.

Pacifica's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Oxnard 1-0. That's two games straight that Pacifica have won by just one goal.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Buena was not quite Santa Barbara's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dons. That's two games in a row now that Buena have lost by exactly two goals.

Buena's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Pacifica, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3-2.

Everything went Pacifica's way against Buena when the teams last played back in January of 2025, as Pacifica made off with an 11-0 win. Will the Tritons repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
