Football Recap: Phillips Academy Takes a Loss

Phillips Academy fell victim to Williston Northampton and their airtight defense on Saturday. They took a blow against the Wildcats, falling 27-0. While losing is never fun, the Big Blue can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts football rankings (they are ranked 114th, while the Wildcats are ranked 27th).

Phillips Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Williston Northampton, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Phillips Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Salisbury School at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Williston Northampton will face off against rival Phillips Exeter Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
