Basketball Recap: General McLane Takes a Loss

If General McLane was feeling good fresh off their 45-16 takedown of Fort LeBoeuf last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The General McLane Lancers took a hard 44-28 fall against the Fairview Tigers on Monday. The Lancers haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

General McLane's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Fairview, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. General McLane has already played their next game (against Harbor Creek), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Fairview will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Fort LeBoeuf at 7:00 p.m. Fairview's defense has only allowed 25.9 points per game this season, so Fort LeBoeuf's offense will have their work cut out for them.
