Volleyball Recap: Terrell Comes Up Short

Terrell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Nimitz Vikings. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17, 25-13.

Terrell's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Nimitz, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7.

After both having extra time off, Terrell and Creekview will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Nimitz, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Lake Dallas on the 29th.
