Mason Smith posted a new career-high in hits on Friday. He scored four runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. He is becoming a predictor of Truman's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 14-16 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Smith and Truman will head out on the road to challenge Lee's Summit at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
