Softball Recap: Clarksville Extends Winning Streak to Three

Clarksville waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Rockford Warriors 8-1. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 games by six runs or more this season.

Clarksville's win bumped their record up to 20-3. As for Rockford, their loss dropped their record down to 7-11.

Coming up, Clarksville will head out on the road to face off against Dunkerton at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Rockford, they will face off against Riceville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats' pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so the Warriors' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
