Softball Game Preview: Boulder Panthers vs. Northglenn Norsemen

The Boulder Panthers will venture away from home to challenge the Northglenn Norsemen at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 19 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Boulder and three for Northglenn.

Saturday just wasn't the day for Boulder's offense. They lost 23-0 to Legacy on Saturday.

Centaurus hit Northglenn with a four-run third inning on Saturday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Norsemen came up short against the Warriors, falling 7-1.

Northglenn saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brooklynn Hendrick, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Boulder's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Northglenn, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.

Boulder suffered a grim 22-0 defeat to Northglenn when the teams last played on September 11th. Can the Panthers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
